A downloadable game for Windows

Reboot Arena is a team shooter (think Team Fortress or Overwatch) inspired RTS.

Select units by left-clicking or dragging, issue orders with right-click.  Move the camera by using WASD, moving your cursor to the edge of the screen, or by clicking or dragging  the minimap.  Units may also be selected by clicking their portrait, or tapping the unit's number.  You can add or remove a single unit from an existing selection by holding down shift when you select it.  Refer to the in-game manual for more advanced controls.

You control a team of robots which you will attempt to secure map objectives.   Your robots will respawn when they are destroyed.  Your robots can heal themselves by grabbing health pickups, and resupply their weapons with ammo pickups.

In this build:

One game mode: King of the Hill - Take and hold more points than any of your opponents for a total of three minutes before any of you opponents does the same.

Four Maps:

  • Knife-Fight (2 players): A tiny king of the hill map, you'll need to take and hold the central point with spawn points just around the corner.
  • Tempest (2 Players): A large king of the hill map with a twisty route to the center.
  • Lanes (2 Players): A large King of the Hill map with three control points located on separated lanes between the spawn points.
  • Brawl (4 Players): A Large King of the Hill map where up to four teams fight over a single, centrally-located control point.
  • Olympus (8 players): A massive king of the hill map, where up to eight teams clash at the very center over nine centrally-located points.  Expect complete mayhem.

Three unit classes:

  • The Trooper: this versatile front-line combatant is armed with a select-fire assault-rifle and a grenade launcher.
  • The Fabricator: this lightly-armed support unit can resupply your units with ammunition in the field, and erect tough sentry turrets to fortify objectives.
  • The Ranger: this fragile speedster is invaluable in reaching points first using its superior speed and ability to jump low obstacles.  The Ranger can also throw NanoPacks nearby to heal nearby units.

New Features this build:

  • Increased camera speed.
  • Added ability to rotate, tilt, and zoom camera.
  • Added manual to display game information.
  • Added the Fabricator and Ranger units, and added the ability to switch unit classes using the class menu.
  • Reworked unit pathfinding.
  • Reworked AI to cope with multiple objectives.
